FFA Faculty Breakfast

Submitted by carey.white on

Last week was National FFA Week.  Springville FFA decided to give back to our faculty and staff by cooking and serving breakfast on Thursday, February 23. On the menu was French toast with homemade buttermilk syrup, sausage, and fresh fruit.

We are thankful to our faculty and staff members at Springville High and everything they do for us.  Our teachers loved the breakfast and were grateful for being served. We look forward to next year’s breakfast.

Submitted by carey.white on

Last night, Wednesday, February 23, was the awards banquet for the annual Broadcast Awards which is a competition that covers everything associated with TV Broadcasting and includes commercials, PSAs, news stories, live broadcasts and even radio broadcasting. There are pre-recorded categories as well as "day of" competitions.

The awards are run similar to the Oscar's where there are five finalists and one of those is the overall winner.  Springville High did well.  Please congratulate these students when you see them!
