Rachel Hatch is a published poet

Submitted by carey.white on

Rachel Hatch, our English Sterling Scholar, has had two of her poems accepted for publication by Southern Quill

One of the poems is a villanelle and the other is a pantoum.  These formats are more complicated than free verse poems which make them inherently harder to publish.

Hatch says, “She prefers to write in reality, not fantasy.”

“I'm exceptionally proud of her,” said her Creative Writing teacher, Mrs. Joanna Ellsworth.
