SHS LIA students have special guest
4th District Judge Andy Howell visited Springville High LIA (Latinos in Action) class and spoke on careers in law and how to become a judge. He also presented his career highlights as a criminal defense attorney before he was appointed as a judge in Utah's 4th District court.
Springville High FBLA attends Eastern Region competition
Our Springville Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) returned from their Eastern Region competition that was held at Utah State University Eastern this Thursday. All students that went PLACED!
Ms. Camille Callister honored with Crystal Apple Award

SHS Swim Team hosts 1st Annual Alumni Swim Meet
The Red Devil Swim team hosted the first Alumni Swim Meet On November 17th. Many alumni swimmers and family members came to race against our current swimmers. Great job Red Devil Swimmers!

SHS Veterans Day Assembly
Springville High School will be holding a Veterans Day assembly on Friday, November 11th. The assembly begins at 7:50 and veterans from the community are invited to attend.
HOSA sponsors Blood Drive
On Monday, November 28th, HOSA will be sponsoring a Blood Drive with the American Red Cross. Appointments are available from 8am to 2pm. Please go to redcrossblood.org to sign up for an appointment (Sponsor Code: springvillehigh) Receive an $10 Amazon email gift card as a thank you. Students will need a signed permission form, available in the front office or Ms. Chappell's room.
SHS Ballroom Dance Team
Congratulations to the SHS Ballroom Dance on their first ever Danzinskule competition held on Saturday Nov 5. They were awarded the Sportsmanship trophy with a cash prize. Carter Turley and Jocee Blakey advanced to semi finals (top 12 couples) in Triple Swing and Ammon Taylor and Kenna Fisk also made semifinals for the International Style Quickstep. Ammon Taylor and Kristine Bartholomew were awarded most dedicated dancers. Way to go Ballroom Dance Team!
