On Friday, August 26, Springville’s student body was welcomed back to a new school year by student council President Wes White and introduced this year’s theme, “Dare to be a Red Devil.”  White and the all student council members greeted new and returning students.

New teachers were introduced and the cheerleaders taught the crowd dances and chants.   Dance Company, Drill Team, Cheerleaders, and Student Council all performed dances.   Catching worms with their feet, bobbing for apples, and eating baby food was part of the teacher vs student games.ello
