Congratulations to the December Students of the Month. These students were nominated by faculty in the Science Department.
Ammon Jenkins, nominated by Mr. Roylance. "He is helpful to all around them. They make other students successful through their help. Very respectful and curious."
Kincee Pullman, nominated by Mr. Shelley. "Kincee is great in class and is a hard worker she always cares about her grade in my class. She is always trying to make her grade better. Kincee is willing to help anyone in the class that needs help with anything we do in class."
Logan Hansen, nominated by Mr. Morgan. "Logan is a brilliant student. He has done very well on our tests this year, which are incredibly challenging. He asks great questions so I can tell he cares about understanding what is going on. We have new seats every day, and he works great with every group he is assigned to."
Mariah Valencia, nominated by Mr. Hylton. "Mariah is a wonderful student, she is a hard worker and done very well in a difficult college level class. In addition to this she works well with other students in group assignments and helps those around her to also be successful."
Bowen Metcalf, nominated by Mr. Deming. "'I've always been impressed at Bowen's attentiveness. He is very quiet but is always engaged in the lesson."
Lanaea Moore, nominated by Mrs. Draper. "Lanaea is always prepared and willing to participate. She cares about learning and understanding. She is also willing to help others when she can."
Krew Christensen, nominated by Ms. Beasgley. "Krew has made remarkable strides since I met him his sophomore year. The first year with me he barely participated and got freaked out by most of the things we do in Agricultural Science. Fast forward to this year and he is participating in everything and is one of the bravest kids in class. He is planning on showing a pig this year at the Fair and even pets the snakes and lizards I have on a regular basis. Its been so fun to watch him grow!"
