The following students athletes are Jersey Mike's Players of the Week for April 24-28 and May 1-5
Trent Ash - Baseball. Threw 6 innings, striking out 9 Provo batters.
Emma Liddiard - Softball. Emma is a Senior shortstop who hit 6 for 9 on the week, had 8 RBI's, and 7 runs scored.
Avery Jensen - Track and Field. Avery has consistently been cutting time (each race, she runs faster and faster) and she works so hard day in and day out. She is such a good sport and her hard work is really paying off!
Ethan McCulloch - Track and Field. Ethan is one of the most fun athletes to watch as he competes because he runs so strategically. He has had some huge personal bests over the past week and is reaping the rewards of months of hard work!
James Gardner - Boys Tennis. James had a fantastic week by finishing the regular season with a 9-1 record at #2 singles in our region and by avenging his only loss by winning the regional tournament and defeating his biggest rival in Wasatch.

Luke Barker - Boys Lacrosse Luke joined the lacrosse team our first year as a Sophomore. He has grown to be a key contributor to our team. Luke this season has annihilated our previous team record for Ground Balls in a single season hitting the century mark with two more games to go in the regular season. Luke is currently sitting at a Face-off win rate of 62%. He is currently knocking on the door of the top 10 5A Face-off Specialists in the state. Luke has chosen to take his talents and play lacrosse at SUU.

Isaac Bradshaw - Boys Lacrosse. Isaac has been an incredible addition to our team. We are sad that we will only have him for one year. Coach Calderwood said of Isaac “If I had a Time Machine I would not use it to get lottery numbers but to go back in time and put a lacrosse stick in young Isaac’s hands". Isaac has stepped into a role of helping to anchor our defense. His contributions have grown every week. He is our #2 player on defense in Ground Balls and Caused Turnovers in his first year playing. He is also one of two players to receive Academic All-State honors for Springville Boys Lacrosse this year. You can always count on Isaac to show up to practice and games with a smile on his face.

Jaz Ciliezar - Softball. Jaz is a freshman outfielder who hit with a .833 average on the week collecting 5 hits and 4 RBI over the week.
