Auditions for DanceCo, Color Guard, Marching Band, Wind Symphony, and Jazz Band are also this week. There is a parent meeting for Color Guard and Marching Band on Wed night @ 6:30 pm. Powder Puff football games will be played Mon-Fri. For a fun family activity, go check out the Junior Livestock Show!

We have lots of important information this week in the newsletter (http://bit.ly/shsapr15nl). It’s Senior Week, so look for fun activities each day! Prom is this Saturday, 8 pm at UV Convention Center (Provo). See the newsletter for ticket information. Choir tryouts are after school on April 18th and 19th. SHS Dance Co Tryouts will be held Wed, May 1st, with clinics on April 29-30th. Applications can be found in the front office. Utah Shakespeare Festival will perform Macbeth on Tuesday night @ 7:30 pm.

The Utah Shakespeare Festival is once again hitting the road with its Shakespeare-in-the-Schools touring production – this year performing one of the world’s first psychological thrillers, William Shakespeare’s Macbeth.

An evening performance for everyone is this Tuesday, April 16, at 7:30 at Springville High School, 1205 East 900 South, Springville, UT. Another performance will be held on Monday, April 15, at 3:30 p.m. at Spanish Fork High, 300 West 99 North, Spanish Fork. And, admission is free. 

Springville High students attended SheTech in Sandy on Tuesday, April 9.  SheTech Explorer Day is a conference for high school girls 9th through 12th grade. This day-long event included workshops, hands-on STEM activities, and a team TechChallenge. Students experience technology in a fun atmosphere, meet STEM role models, and learn about how their dreams can become a reality in tech.
