Submitted by carey.white on Wed, 09/23/2015 - 12:36

Mr. Spencer Eaquinto is one of our many new teachers here at Springville High.  Eaquinto teaches US Studies and Honors US History, Eaquinto said. What he wants most for his classroom is to foster an academic setting to prepare students.

“My most rewarding teaching experiences include seeing growth of the students and their learning relationships,” said Eaquinto.

“The most unusual job I had was when I used to fight forest fires for three years,” said Eaquinto.

Mr. Jason Beardall, the new Dean of Students at Springville High School, is excited to work here with students. His philosophy is to help students be successful in life and their schooling. Even though he may be new to the SHS administration, he is not new to Nebo School District. He has been working throughout Springville, Payson, and Spanish Fork for twenty years. In his twenty years he has coached basketball and PE, taught health, and is now working his first year in administration.
