New Dean of Students is “No Cloud”

Submitted by carey.white on

Mr. Jason Beardall, the new Dean of Students at Springville High School, is excited to work here with students. His philosophy is to help students be successful in life and their schooling. Even though he may be new to the SHS administration, he is not new to Nebo School District. He has been working throughout Springville, Payson, and Spanish Fork for twenty years. In his twenty years he has coached basketball and PE, taught health, and is now working his first year in administration.

Beardall loves to play baseball. His favorite MLB team is the Boston Red Sox and he has visited their stadium (Fenway Park) multiple times. One of his goals is to travel to every major baseball stadium in the United States.  Beardall loves travelling.  He has been to Mexico and to different states in the U.S., like Massachusetts and California.

When Beardall says, “Don’t be a cloud,” it means to stop being negative.  It actually comes from his favorite quote, “Don’t be a cloud on a sunny day”- unknown.  Beardall is excited to be the new Dean of Students and is eager to work with our Red Devil student body.  If you have any problems or need help, you can always count on Mr. Jason Beardall.
